Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery by emailing nico.cattaneo.ch@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Change-of-mind returns

Items must be unused, in the condition received, and include their original packaging and accessories. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions. There is no restocking fee.

You pay the return shipping costs for a change-of-mind return. Our business is based in Switzerland and the return address may be in Switzerland. International return postage can be expensive; we will confirm the return destination before you arrange shipping. Original outbound shipping charges, if any, are not refunded for change-of-mind returns, except where required by law.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing items

Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number and, where possible, photographs to help us investigate. We will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. If we require a faulty or incorrect item to be returned, we cover the return shipping. Your rights are not limited by the supplier's return policy.

Refund processing

We process approved refunds to the original payment method within 7 business days after receiving and checking the returned item, or after confirming that no return is required. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the refund. For a valid fault or non-delivery claim, refunds include the applicable original shipping charges.

Cancellations and delays

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund the payment. If we cannot dispatch within the stated timeframe, we will offer you the choice of accepting a revised date or cancelling for a full refund. Required refunds for cancelled, unshipped orders are processed within 7 business days.
